PMAnalytics, LLC (“PMAnalytics”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy outlines how we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process information about you in the course of our business, including through our websites that link to this Policy (such as, www.pmanalytics.io) (the “Sites”), our SaaS-based data analytics services (the “Service”) and through other means such as our and our partner’s events, sales and marketing activities. It also sets out more information about your privacy rights.
We provide the Service to our customers under an agreement with them and solely for their benefit and the benefit of their personnel and other personnel authorized by them as users of the Service (“Authorized Users”). Our customers can efficiently store and analyze all their data in the Service. Because the Service is SaaS, Authorized Users may access and use the Service from all over the world, subject to PMAnalytics’ agreement with customers and any applicable laws.
This Policy does not apply to the content that our customers and their Authorized Users upload and store in the Service (“Customer Content”). In those circumstances:
PMAnalytics is processing Customer Content on behalf of a customer and that customer is responsible for the collection and use of your data; and
That customer’s privacy notice will apply to the customer’s collection and use of such Customer Content.
In such circumstances you should refer to their privacy notice and direct any queries to them. The customer’s agreement with PMAnalytics governs our use of and processing of Customer Content in these circumstances.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your use of the Application, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns. This information helps us improve the Application’s functionality and user experience.

While we strive to protect your information, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can do this by logging into your account or contacting us at support@pmanalytics.io.
You may also opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a revised Privacy Policy on the Application or through other communication channels.
